Obituary of Delbert Nelson
Delbert Nelson, a resident of Beaverlodge, Alberta passed away with family by his side on Friday, December 1, 2017 in Beaverlodge at the age of 70 years.
Delbert Raye Nelson was born on March 28, 1947 in Bentley, Alberta to parents Howard and Ileen. He had four sisters; Marlene, Diane, Gloria and Pat.
In 1965 he married Edna Dyck and they started their life together and had three children; Tammy, Murray and Jason. He loved Edna more than anything else and he was very sad to leave her.
Delbert loved a good joke, a cold beer, and great friends. He loved cars, fixing everything in sight, creating, and helping friends and neighbors.
A private family gathering was held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. Interment will be held at a later date.
