Obituary of Connie Oszust
Connie Rae Oszust, resident of Beaverlodge AB, passed away on Monday, July 27 2020, at her home with her family by her side, at the age of 62 years.
Connie was born in Beaverlodge on December 19,1957. Before becoming a mother, she spent years working at the CIBC in Beaverlodge and then became a teacher’s assistant at the Beaverlodge Catholic school in 1998, where she loved working with the kids, many of whom she loved seeing around town on her frequent trips for coffee with her many friends.
Connie was an incredibly generous person in all aspects of her life, and her diligent effort in raising her two sons and caring for countless more students with love and kindness over her career has produced an immeasurable impact on the lives she touched.
Connie could often be seen enjoying time in her garden, at quilting club or spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren. In her earlier years she enjoyed curling, and creating beautiful crafts was a lifelong passion for her.
She will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 36 years; Bevan Brimacombe her children; Hogan (Priscilla), Alex (Torey), and her four grandchildren who she adored; Asher, Emmett, Cedrick, and Finn.
She was predeceased by her parents; Alexander and Elvie Oszust, and her sister; Sharon.
A celebration of Connie’s life will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020, at the Beaverlodge Alliance Church. Due to the current restrictions due to COVID-19, the service will be by invitation only.

PRE-PLANNING
Many people plan for life events such as weddings and vacations well in advance, but many people do not plan for something that is certain to happen, their funeral. While most people do not want to think about their own mortality, the time to pre-plan your funeral is now.
